Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nulo application ("Nulo," "the app"), operated by Bear Studio, a sole proprietorship based in Slovenia ("Bear Studio," "we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Nulo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Nulo. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, Bear Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nulo on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. What Nulo is — and is not

Nulo provides astrological readings and reflections generated from the birth details you provide and the positions of celestial bodies. Nulo is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight only.

Nulo's content is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional guidance. You should not make important decisions based solely on the app's content. Astrology is not scientifically established, and readings are interpretive, not predictive of actual events. You use the app and rely on its content at your own discretion and risk.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of the birth details you provide (which affect your readings). You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Nulo offers auto-renewing subscriptions and may offer a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any free-trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

6. Intellectual property

Nulo, including its design, text, logo, brand, and the structure and wording of its readings, is owned by Bear Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, abusing its systems (including excessive automated requests), or using it in violation of any applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bear Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules in the EU and Slovenia.

10. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Bear Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any applicable purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
